He has helped secure merger clearance for clients from federal regulators and defended clients’ interests in suits alleging a variety of anticompetitive conduct. He has extensive experience in the health care sector, representing a variety of hospital, provider and health technology clients. He also has worked on private antitrust litigation in the health care, technology and agricultural sectors.
