Jeff Whitt represents companies defending complex product liability litigation. For the past 30 years, Jeff’s work has included defending product liability claims related to automotive crashworthiness, toxic tort, building products and systems, manufacturing equipment and premises liability.
Product Liability Litigation
Jeff undertakes federal and state court liability cases in jurisdictions across the country. His legal efficacy and commitment to clients has led to noteworthy work on behalf of American and European manufacturers. He served as national counsel for a Fortune 100 manufacturing and service company for over 20 years, and he currently serves as national counsel for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Among Jeff’s victories are a directed verdict in a national case involving indoor air quality claims and winning dispositive motions in product liability lawsuits brought in Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.Personal Interests
