Six Flags Defends Breach of Contract Damage Allegations in Two-Week Jury Trial and on Appeal

Six Flags, Inc. defended against damage allegations in a commercial contract dispute totaling more than $20 million, culminating in a two-week trial in Los Angeles, California. Partner Terri Combs led the defense on behalf of Six Flags. After a half-day deliberation, the jury returned a complete defense verdict. Our firm successfully defended the verdict on appeal to the California Court of Appeals.
