Benchmark Electronics Wins Jury Verdict in $22 Million Breach-of-Contract Trial

Benchmark Electronics hired our firm to defend against a $22 million breach of contract lawsuit involving a series of international manufacturing agreements relating to patented technology for ultra-thin printable batteries. After a two-week jury trial, our firm won a defense jury verdict and also won a jury verdict on the company’s counterclaims, requiring the plaintiff to pay Benchmark Electronics more than $700,000. Power Paper, Ltd. v.
