French Chemical Producer Proves Exports Deemed Safe and Files Case in Return

A French chemical producer proved that its exports did not cause injury to a major U.S. chemical company. Our firm represented the producer and also assisted the producer in filing an antidumping and countervailing duty case against that company in the European Union.
