National Retailers Obtain Favorable Settlement in Nutritional Supplement Class Actions

Several of the nation's largest retailers obtained a favorable settlement in consumer class actions across the country challenging the efficacy of a popular nutritional supplement. Our firm obtained court approval of a global settlement of less than $3 million (including attorneys’ fees and notice costs) where product sales amounted to hundreds of millions of dollars.
