American Family Insurance won a unanimous jury verdict enforcing a post-employment restrictive covenant in a six-day trial in Minnesota federal court. The jury awarded American Family its entire damages claim and rejected a multimillion-dollar counterclaim (D. Minn. 2013). The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed the jury's decision. American Family Mut. Ins. Co. v. Graham, --F.3d--, 2015 WL 4080098 (8th Cir. 2015).
