Life Time Fitness Settles TCPA Class Action Claims

Life Time Fitness was sued in multiple putative class actions alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Our firm worked with Life Time to assess the matter and seek consolidation by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. The JPML granted the motion and consolidated the four putative class actions in the District of Minnesota before Judge Ericksen. Life Time Fitness ultimately was able to reach a class settlement in mediation. Our firm negotiated the settlement and oversaw the claims administration process.
