Indenture Trustee for Unsecured Notes Representation in Samson Resources Corporation Bankruptcy

Richard Bernard represented the indenture trustee for unsecured notes in the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of oil and gas company Samson Resources Corporation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
