The State of Illinois issued a request for proposal for a new private manager of the Illinois Lottery. Our firm assisted with the RFP and subsequent negotiation of the private management agreement with the State's selected new manager. We continue to advise on the State's ongoing relationship with the manager and its subcontractors.
