Window Manufacturer Defends Product Liability Class Actions

Our firm served as national counsel for a major window manufacturer in 25 consumer fraud and product liability class actions in multiple jurisdictions and in multidistrict litigation (MDL). Throughout the multiyear representation of the MDL, our firm achieved denial of class certification in two bellwether cases, exclusion of class experts for all cases and denial of motion for reconsideration, complete dismissal in 14 class actions, and an order terminating the MDL.
