A top 10 U.S. retailer with sourcing operations in China is working to restructure its Program Standards and Quality Assurance (PSQA) function, partially in response to finding endemic misconduct by factory auditors who requested and/or received kickbacks from third-party factories or suppliers.
For the past several years, our firm has advised the retailer on the appropriate actions to be taken against employees in response to the findings of several internal investigations and is now providing counsel on the restructuring of the PSQA function.
