Mecadaq US Purchases All Issued and Outstanding Capital Stock Shares of Hirschler Manufacturing

Mecadaq US Inc., a subsidiary of a portfolio company of French private equity firm Activa Capital, purchased all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Hirschler Manufacturing Inc., a Washington-based manufacturer of parts servicing the aerospace industry.
