Allegiant International was acquired by engineering firm Belcan, LLC in June 2018. Our firm represented Allegiant on the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed. Allegiant is a professional services network with more than 750 professionals providing advisory, tactical operations and technical services to the largest global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Allegiant's supply chain expertise complements Belcan's existing manufacturing and supply chain service business, which focuses on the automotive, aerospace, defense, medical and industrial supply chains. Belcan is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LP, a private investor in aerospace, power generation and specialty industrial companies.
