Miller, Ph.D., NRC is a leading survey research and evaluation firm focusing on the information requirements of the public sector, including local governments, nonprofit agencies, foundations and more. Through the combination, NRC and Polco will offer the best in civic engagement through resident surveys and communication technology to local governments and other public sector entities.
