Commonwealth Fund Studies Provider Directory Accuracy, Potential Innovations

Commonwealth Fund, a private foundation that supports independent research aimed at improving the U.S. health care system, awarded a grant to our firm to conduct first-of-its-kind research on the accuracy of health plan provider directories. The study also explored the potential for “machine readable” directories to improve the industry-wide problem of provider information accuracy.
