Steel Mill Pushes Back Challenge to Sand Dredging Permit

A large Midwestern steel mill successfully defended a sand dredging permit and resolved negotiations with surrounding municipalities, citizens groups and elected representatives. Faegre Drinker represented the steel mill in the matter, which included advising on legislative attempts to force changes in future permits.
