Prestige Beverage Group, Subsidiary Acquire Windsor Canadian Whisky

Faegre Drinker assisted Prestige Beverage Group, a subsidiary of Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, in connection with its acquisition of the Windsor Canadian Whisky brand from Beam Suntory. The iconic Windsor Canadian brand is one of the top selling Canadian whiskies in the United States and adds to Prestige’s growing portfolio of wine and spirits. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
