FQHC Receives Advice on Telemedicine Compliance Obligations

Faegre Drinker serves as compliance counsel to a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which recently introduced telemedicine services to its patients. We assisted the FQHC in developing appropriate patient consents, as well as its policies for providing care, including behavioral health services, to minors and adults in its community.
