Single-Specialty Physician Practices Combine Into “Super Group”

Seven independent single-specialty pediatric practices combined in 2012 into one “super group” practice, which has since continued to grow to include 11 strategic business units comprised of formerly independent practices. Our firm represented the practices in the formation of the super group, and continues to represent the group in its operations, including the formation of a separate billing company that provides billing services to both the super group and third-party customers.
