Harbor Investments III Negotiates Multiple Transactions

Harbor Investments III, LLC negotiated economic development incentives to support speculative investments in a 75,000-square-foot industrial facility and a 250,000-square-foot industrial facility. Our firm advised Harbor Investments III through the negotiations, and then also negotiated a build-to-suit lease for each facility with a global automobile manufacturing supplier and eventually guided the client through the sale of each facility.
