OneBeacon Acquires International Bond & Marine Brokerage

OneBeacon Insurance Group, now Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, acquired International Bond & Marine Brokerage, Ltd., a privately held brokerage specializing in international trade markets. Faegre Drinker served as lead transaction counsel for OneBeacon. Through this acquisition, OneBeacon expanded its owned-brokerage assets and innovatively reshaped its customs bond market offerings through an end-to-end risk management platform.
