iMedia Brands Inc. Closes $80M Asset-Based Revolving Line of Credit Transaction

iMedia Brands Inc. closed on an $80 million asset-based revolving line of credit with Siena Lending Group LLC. Faegre Drinker represented iMedia Brands in the transaction, the proceeds of which will be used for working capital, to refinance debt and to pay fees associated with closing the deal.
