CareTrust Acquires The Imboden Creek Living Center, Gardens and Villas

The Imboden Creek Living Center, Gardens and Villas is a family owned, 146-unit independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing community in Decatur, Illinois. Faegre Drinker deployed a cross-disciplinary team comprised of real estate, health care and transactional attorneys to assist The Imboden Creek Living Center in their sale to CareTrust REIT Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on health care. In addition to facilitating the sale, Faegre Drinker supported transitioning operations to a new manager, WLC Management Firm LLC.
