Otterbein and Antioch have affiliated with each other to create a unique national, non-profit, university system focused on educating students both for careers and to prepare students to advance social justice, democracy, and the common good.
The transaction was one of the first of its kind in higher education and is creating a new and innovative higher education model. Our firm provided strategic, regulatory and corporate advice in connection with the transaction and the creation of the new university system.
