Robert Elzer, Brant Gardner Named Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers

Robert W. Elzer and Brant O. Gardner, partners at Baker & Daniels LLP, have each been recognized as a 2008 FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager®.

Only seven percent of the wealth managers in the Indianapolis area were chosen by clients and financial services industry professionals as a FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager®. Recipients of the honor are being recognized in the October issue of Indianapolis Monthly.

The FIVE STAR award is presented by Crescendo Business Services LLC to assist consumers in selecting a wealth manager who provides exceptional client satisfaction as indicated by other consumers. By mail and phone, Crescendo surveyed more than 50,000 consumers in the Indianapolis area and subscribers of Indianapolis Monthly.

An additional 4,600 surveys were sent to leaders within the financial services industry. Recipients were asked to evaluate only wealth managers whom they know through personal experience and evaluate them based on nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.

At Baker & Daniels, Elzer and Gardner both practice in the firm's trusts and estates group. They counsel clients in the preparation, administration and settlement of estate plans, wealth transfer, preservation strategy and trusts.
