Overview

In an increasingly complex federal tax environment, Brant Gardner addresses clients’ financial concerns through strategic estate planning. He analyzes and develops estate plans for high net worth individuals and prepares wills, trust agreements and related documents to implement such plans.

Brant builds estate plans that focus on multigenerational planning and designs trusts to reduce transfer taxes and also optimize beneficiaries’ interests based on individual circumstances. He often advises on charitable techniques to achieve clients’ intentions.

Brant also develops and implements succession plans for closely held businesses. He represents individual and corporate executors and trustees in estate settlement and administration of trusts and guardianships, including the preparation of federal and state tax forms.
