Faegre Baker Daniels Adds Jason Deppen to Corporate Team

Jason Deppen has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the corporate practice and national energy and the natural resources industry team. He will practice from the firm’s 96th Street location in Indianapolis.

Deppen advises on project finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law matters, leveraging a background in auditing and financial services to support clients’ needs.

Deppen counsels investment banks, lenders and equity sponsors in financing projects in the alternative energy industry. He also advises public companies on SEC reporting requirements and disclosure issues, corporate governance matters, stock exchange requirements, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Deppen received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 1997.
