Steve Conley Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Steve Conley has joined the Minneapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the corporate group. 

Conley advises businesses on matters of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital market transactions. 

Conley is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in business law. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
