Faegre Drinker has closed the acquisition of certain WellCare Medicaid plans for Anthem.
The firm counseled Anthem in the company’s acquisition of WellCare’s Missouri and Nebraska Medicaid plans, an outgrowth of the Centene-WellCare transaction.
