Jared Danilson has extensive experience counseling clients through corporate and strategic transactions and related regulatory matters in the insurance industry. Jared has steered major insurance, managed care and holding companies through numerous high-profile mergers and acquisitions, including leading teams on negotiations, due diligence and regulatory approvals.

Jared advises insurance companies and insurance holding companies on a variety of transactions and related matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions involving insurers and HMOs 
  • Reinsurance, business transfer and renewal rights transactions
  • Captive insurance and risk retention group matters
  • Strategic alliances and joint ventures involving insurance business
