Faegre Drinker Announces 2022 Board Elections

Faegre Drinker is pleased to announce that partners Andrew Joseph and Jon Zimmerman have been elected and Sandy Grannum and Heather Carson Perkins have been reelected to four-year terms as members of the Board. These positions took effect on April 1, 2022.

Grannum is a litigation partner in the firm’s Florham Park and New York offices, and co-leads the firm’s securities and financial services litigation team. She is a first-chair trial attorney with former in-house Wall Street experience. She represents financial and securities industry clients in litigations and regulatory disputes and advises on regulations and compliance issues.

Joseph is a deputy coleader of Faegre Drinker’s litigation practice and the office leader of the firm’s Florham Park office. He is an experienced trial lawyer who confronts challenging business disputes for clients in their most significant litigation matters.

Perkins is a partner in the firm's Denver office. She is a first-chair trial lawyer who litigates complex commercial and product liability disputes, with significant experience in franchise and distribution matters.

Zimmerman is head of Faegre Drinker’s capital markets team and a corporate partner in the firm’s Minneapolis office. He finds practical, business-focused solutions for unique issues that arise in complex transactions and advises clients on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

The four partners join fellow board members: Bonnie Allyn Barnett, Kerry Bundy, Morgan Burns, Gretchen Miller Busch, Mary Devlin Capizzi, John D'Andrea, Tracy Gregar Ferak, Michael Kanute, Gina Kastel, Marc Leaf, Sarah Bassler Millar, Joseph Smith. Co-chairs Tom Froehle and Andrew Kassner continue as ex officio members of the Board.

The Faegre Drinker Board is elected by a vote of the partners and is responsible for setting the firm’s policies and strategy.
