Faegre Drinker Advises Tyme Technologies in Merger With Syros

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partners Beth Diffley and Brandon Mason advised long-time client Tyme Technologies, Inc., a biotechnology company developing cancer metabolism-based therapies, in its acquisition by merger with Syros Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which closed on September 16, 2022.
