Pharmaceutical Industry Advocate Theresa Frangiosa Strengthens Faegre Drinker Consulting in Washington, D.C.
Faegre Drinker announced today that Theresa Frangiosa has joined the firm as senior director with Faegre Drinker Consulting in the Washington, D.C. office. She joins the firm from Frangiosa and Associates where she was Principal and Chief Executive Officer.
Frangiosa partners with clients in the pharmaceutical and health care industries, helping companies as they navigate commercialization challenges and developments. She served in executive roles throughout the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years before starting her own health care strategic consulting firm — an organization she led for a decade.

As CEO and principal at Frangiosa and Associates, she led the global launch and patient-focused drug development/clinical outcomes assessment for a pharmaceutical company’s product targeting a debilitating rare disease. Frangiosa also served as lead investigator for an Alzheimer’s/Dementia study, following a cohort of more than 10,000 people and providing reports to FDA, CMS and NIH, as well as through peer-reviewed publications.
In her role at a major international pharmaceutical company, Frangiosa led disease and franchise strategy development and compound co-positioning for a portfolio of 15 neuroscience compounds — establishing core competency within the organization and positioning the company as a preferred industry partner. In other roles, she has led multifaceted product launches, oversaw marketing research for a variety of pharmaceutical products and early-stage compounds, and created process-driven approaches to shepherd her teams to consistent, best practice approaches to strategic choice assessment.
Frangiosa earned her bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College and her Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
