In her role at a major international pharmaceutical company, Terry led disease and franchise strategy development and compound co-positioning for a portfolio of 15 neuroscience compounds — establishing core competency within the organization and positioning the company as a preferred industry partner. In other roles, she led multifaceted product launches, oversaw marketing research for a variety of pharmaceutical products and early-stage compounds, and created process-driven approaches to shepherd her teams to consistent, pest practice approaches to strategic choice assessment.

As CEO and principal at her own consulting firm, Terry led the global launch and patient-focused drug development/clinical outcomes assessment for a pharmaceutical company’s product targeting a debilitating rare disease. She also served as lead investigator for an Alzheimer’s/Dementia study, following a cohort of more than 10,000 people and providing reports to FDA, CMS and NIH, as well as through peer-reviewed publications.
