Faegre Drinker Represents Outdoor Living Supply in Acquisition of Willow Creek Landscape Supply

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate associate Jasmin Osman and corporate partner Brittney Yocum advised Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform with a focus on outdoor living products and solutions, in its acquisition of Willow Creek Landscape Supply.
