Overview

Victoria Blackwell offers clients guidance on a wide variety of corporate matters including transactions, governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior Experience

Victoria served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker before becoming an associate. During law school, she served as a legal extern for judges at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, as well as judges in the Boone County Superior Court and the Marion County Superior Court where she prepared bench memoranda, conducted research and assisted with drafting and editing orders.

After college, Victoria worked in a procurement graduate development program at a national defense aerospace company and as a program controller. She worked with in-house attorneys to review long-term agreements with suppliers to identify potential commercial risks and worked to understand and teach new government standards for sourcing activities.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, hiking with her dogs, volunteering with Junior League of Indianapolis and participating in Barre classes.
