Latin Lawyer Recognizes Faegre Drinker Finance and Restructuring Team in Annual ‘Deal of the Year’ Awards

Latin Lawyer announced the winners of its 18th annual “Deal of the Year” Awards, including Brazilian mining company Samarco’s approval to enforce its reorganization plan in the United States. Faegre Drinker partners Laura Appleby and Jim Millar and associates Kyle Kistinger and Paige Naig were counsel to UMB Bank in the restructuring deal.
