Overview
Kyle Kistinger represents companies seeking to significantly alter their capital structures or operations to maximize shareholder value, realign strategic goals or address financial challenges. As a part of the firm’s corporate restructuring practice group, Kyle advises on legal and ownership changes and new financial structures for clients, including corporate workouts, refinancing, bankruptcy proceedings and other out-of-court debt restructurings.
Kyle is particularly skilled at advising financial companies in distress, and has experience providing counsel on federal laws that affect their business. He advises clients on policies, procedures and regulatory responses that mitigate risk and promote regulatory compliance. Kyle is also familiar with data privacy, identity theft, and affiliate marketing rules adopted by banking regulators, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
