Equity Finance 2012: Term Sheets, the JOBS Act, NDAs and Negotiation Trends

Mark Pihlstrom and Jon Zimmerman will take part in this two-panel seminar sponsored by The Collaborative, the largest membership organization in Minnesota serving growing and emerging companies, entrepreneurs, investors and executives. Mark's panel, "Term Sheets, NDAs, and Negotiation Trends and Fundamentals," will consider a range of issues related to the financing process. Jon's panel, "The JOBS Act and its Effect on Emerging Company Financing," will discuss the ways in which entrepreneurs and investors may potentially take advantage of looser restrictions around solicitation, confidential filing and other changes to equity financing introduced by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, recently approved by President Obama.
