2021 Florida Liability Claims Conference

Traci McKee and Bryan Pasciak delivered a presentation on how modern technology provides an opportunity for defendants to obtain significant evidence through offensive discovery at the 2021 Florida Liability Claims Conference put on by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. The presentation discussed the discoverability and accessibility of a plaintiff’s personal devices, cloud-based network and social media, and analyzed how this information can be used at trial.
