On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court put on hold the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s emergency vaccine-or-test requirement. In a simultaneously released ruling, the Court lifted preliminary injunctions related to the CMS vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities that receive federal funding.
