CCPA Litigation and Enforcement Trends

Interface Webinar Series

Webinar

Overview

As we move into the third year of California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) litigation and enforcement, the substantive issues continue to develop, and we have seen an array of court filings and rulings as well as enforcement actions. Moreover, the pending California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) is likely to usher a wave of new claims and actions based on the expanded rights and obligations under CPRA.

With a leading plaintiff-side lawyer as well as Faegre Drinker defense-side attorneys, we will have a rich discussion of these privacy and class action issues with insights from all sides.
