Faegre Drinker consulting principal Megan Herber participated on a panel titled “The Policy Landscape for 2025 – Optimizing Impact.” The panel explored the current status and future outlook of health care priorities, particularly focusing on rare disease policy. 

The speakers highlighted the fast-evolving nature of health care legislation. Key insights were shared on the new Republican leadership's priorities and their potential interactions with the administration, as well as strategies for addressing the loss of experienced policymakers due to retirements. Emphasis was placed on learning from past administrations and staying focused amidst political noise to effectively advocate for critical health care issues.
