American Telemedicine Association Nexus 2024

Partners Libby Baney, Scott Kosnoff, principal Megan Herber and director Elliot Vice participated in the 2024 Nexus conference hosted by ATA. Baney moderated panel, “Plotting the Future of Telehealth Prescribing: From Controlled Substances to Digital Pharmacies." Kosnoff was a speaker on a panel titled, “Charting the Course: AI Policy and Regulation's Impact on the Future of Virtual Care." Herber was a speaker at the ATA Government Relations SIG Town Hall, an open forum to discuss latest topics of interest around latest telehealth public policy priorities and challenges. Vice spoke on a panel titled, “Telehealth's Super Bowl: Policy Predictions and Implications for Tomorrow's Healthcare" which discussed critical telehealth policies set to expire, exploring legislative avenues for telehealth inclusion in upcoming bills, with a focus on commercial coverage, Medicare, and rural health implications.
