Privilege and Litigation Hold Issues for In-House Counsel

Drinker Biddle's Florham Park office hosted an Ethics CLE program on December 20 titled, “Privilege and Litigation Hold Issues for In-House Counsel.”

The program, which was very well-received by attendees, included a panel discussion moderated by partner Rob Vinci. Rob is the recent Chairman and current member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District X Ethics Committee, charged with investigating ethics complaints in Morris and Sussex Counties.

The panel of Drinker lawyers, including litigation partners Andrew Joseph and Bob Leonard, labor and employment associate Larry Del Rossi, and litigation associate Bill Wright, led a lively and interactive discussion with the audience.
