He regularly counsels on preservation strategy, data collection protocols and production methodologies in high-stakes matters including multidistrict litigation, civil investigative demands and third-party subpoena responses. Bill’s focused knowledge of enterprise data systems and emerging technologies makes him a trusted adviser for clients navigating complex preservation and collection challenges, particularly in cases involving legacy systems and historical data.

Commercial Litigation & Investigations

Bill maintains an active commercial litigation and investigation practice, with particular focus on managing confidential internal investigations, responding to government inquiries and resolving complex commercial disputes. He regularly serves as lead counsel for global clients in matters requiring careful navigation of sensitive client relationships and strategic business interests.
