ChatGPT Can’t Predict the Future of Antitrust and AI (Yet)

Business litigation partner Paul Saint-Antoine and associates Matthew Lechner and Hannah McCausland Gerace coauthored an article for Law360 that examines the antitrust framework that has been applied to the earliest forms of artificial intelligence (AI). They also address other competitive concerns that might arise as the technology becomes more sophisticated and ubiquitous in the marketplace.
