AI Patenting Handbook

Intellectual property partner Christina Huang coauthored the “AI Patenting Handbook” with members of the Intellectual Property Owners Association’s (IPO) software-related inventions committee and the artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies committee.

Huang and the authors provide an overview of AI definitions and technology and best practices for drafting AI patent applications. They further cover prosecution and enforcement, as well as other considerations, including those for Japan, China and Korea.
