Faegre Drinker Labor and Employment Team Authors Indiana Chamber of Commerce Employment Law Handbook

Faegre Drinker labor and employment attorneys recently published the 19th edition of the Employment Law Handbook on behalf of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Partner and leader of the firm’s labor management relations team Stuart Buttrick serves as the editor of the handbook.

Used by companies and human resources professionals across Indiana, the handbook provides guidance to employers on federal and state workplace regulations. The 19th edition gives an overview of the National Labor Relations Board’s new regulations on joint employment, new workers’ compensation impairment amounts related to disability, changes to contractor standards, an update on the Internal Revenue Service’s tax-sheltered annuity plan determination letter schedules and guidance on the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on affirmative action.
